We would like to caution you against the fraudulent emails
which claim to have come from Punjab National Bank. These emails ask the
customer to verify their personal details by clicking on a link and some of
them threaten to restrict the internet banking access or disable the account or
similar such action in case you do not respond.
We would like to re-iterate that as a policy PNB would not
ask for any personal details like net banking user-id or passwords from our
customers through emails.
We seek your cooperation by forwarding all such suspicious
emails to incident@pnb.co.in.
Important: PNB never sends email for getting customer information relating to net banking user-id and password(s). Please report immediately if you receive any e-mail purported to be originated by Punjab National Bank and trying to gather your User id or Password(s) or any other personal information. This may be a phishing mail.
