Introduction |
This option lets the relationship managers to view the list of mails deleted by them from the inbox. The relationship manager can also move the selected trash mails to move to any destination folder. The retail user is also able to delete a selected record or all the records from the trash. |

Select the corresponding record. |

From |
The ID of the person who had sent the mail. |
|
To |
The ID of the person to whom the mail was sent. |
|
Subject |
The subject line of the mail received. Note: Click the hyperlink to read the message. |

Attachment |
Indication of attachments, if any. |
|
Date |
The time stamp at which the mail was received or sent. |
|
Status |
The status of the mail. Note: An open envelope symbol shows that the mail has been read and a closed envelope symbol indicates that the mail is still unread. |

Move to Folder |
The name of the folder where you want to move the selected mail. Note: Select the folder name from the drop-down and click OK to move the selected mail to the corresponding folder. |

Delete |
Delete the selected record even from the trash. Note: The deleted mails from the trash are deleted forever. |

Empty Trash |
Delete all the mails in the trash. |

Select the format to download the above details and click OK to start downloading. Note: The formats supported are HTML, XML, DAT, CSV, XLS, PDF, RTF and TXT. |
