Introduction |
The messages received by the users can be forwarded to Bank Users in the attached RO group. Message forwarding can be initiated from any of the folders in the Message Centre. All types of messages viz. Mails, Broadcast Messages and Alerts, can be forwarded by a user. Note: If the original Message contains attachments, then the ‘Forwarded Message’ will contain the same attachments. However the users will have an option to remove them or add new Attachments. |
