Forward Messages

Introduction

The messages received by the users can be forwarded to Bank Users in the attached RO group. Message forwarding can be initiated from any of the folders in the Message Centre. All types of messages viz. Mails, Broadcast Messages and Alerts, can be forwarded by a user.

Note:

If the original Message contains attachments, then the ‘Forwarded Message’ will contain the same attachments. However the users will have an option to remove them or add new Attachments.

Navigation

  • Click Forward Messages in the Message Centre  screen.

  • Select a message in the View Message screen, click Forward in the Reading Pane.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Select the RO group to which the message has to be forwarded.

Send the message to the selected RO group.

Save

Save the messages in ‘Draft folder’

Clear

Clear the specified details.

Cancel

Cancel forwarding the message.

Attachment

Browse and attach a file along with the message.

Note:

  • Once the file is attached successfully, ‘Add Another’ button will be displayed to attach more files.

  • In case a User has attached a file to a Mail and saved it, he can remove the attachment before sending it.
