Introduction |
The incomplete transactions (funds transfer/payment/collection) initiated by retail user can be saved as a template. This template can be later used to initiate the transactions with the transaction entries populated from the template. The retail user can retrieve these templates based on search criteria and initiate different type of transactions. |

SEARCH CRITERIA |

Transaction Type |
The user can retrieve a list of templates based on the transaction type. |
|
Frequency Type |
Choose the frequency type based on which the list can be obtained. |

Template |
Provide the template name which needs to be searched. |
|
Template ID Range |
Provide the range of template id based on which the search would happen. |

ADVANCED SEARCH CRITERIA |

Total Amount Range |
Provide the total amount range based on which the search would happen. |
|
Network |
Select the network based on which the search would happen. |
|
Last Date Used (From – To) |
Provide the date range where the templates where last used for search. |

List the templates based on the search criteria. The details are as shown in the below table. |

Reset |
Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria (where results have not been displayed) or to reload the screen with the latest results for the criteria specified. |

Select |
Select the template from the list which needs to be initiated. |

Template ID |
The ID of the template is displayed. |

Template Name |
The name of the template is displayed. |

Transaction Type |
The transaction type of the template is displayed. It would be Funds Transfer or Payment or Collection. |

Frequency Type |
This indicates if the transaction is one time or recurring. |
|
Total Entries |
The total number of entries in the template is shown. |
|
Total Amount |
The total amount of the template is shown. |
|
Last Used |
The date when the template was last used for initiation is displayed |
