Introduction

Transactions are the most vital activities that occur at the bank. These transactions can be carried out by the customers of the bank using the e-Banking application through the internet banking facility. This document discusses details of the various types of transactions like fund transfers within bank, bill payment and presentment and collection transactions, made by the retail customers of the bank.

Objectives

The following are the objectives of this document:

  • To understand and carry out the various types of transactions that can be done by the retail customers of the bank. These transactions include:

  • Self transfer

  • Third party transfer

  • Payments

  • Presentment

  • Collections

  • To understand the parameters to be set by the administrator of e-Banking, for carrying out the above transactions.
