Financial Transaction Queue

Introduction

The Relationship Manager can use this option to approve or reject the financial transactions initiated by retail user. Those transactions where the amount exceeds the threshold amount  or where a negotiated rate was provided must be approved by the Relationship Manager for the same to be processed. Apart from retrieving a list of records pending for approval based on search criteria, the Relationship Manager can approve or reject multiple records. The Relationship Manager  can also download the list of records into a file in various formats like HTML, XML, TXT and so on.

Note:

The Relationship Manager will be able to approve only those transactions where the transaction date is later than or equal to the current date.

Navigation

  • Click  Finacle Transaction Queue in the Consumer Relationship Management menu option

  • The Financial Transaction Queue screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Note:

The default value is All.

Transaction date range

Provide the transaction date range.

Transaction Amount Range

Select the currency from the drop down and provide the amount range as search criteria.

ADVANCED SEARCH CRITERIA

User Id

Provide the retail user id who has initiated the transaction. Use LookUp button to fetch the list of user IDs and select one from the list. If no ID is provided, then all the user IDs would be considered for the search.

Requested Date Range (From – To)

Provide the date range when the transaction record was sent for approval as search criteria. Use the calendar widget to select the date.

Frequency

Select frequency from list.

Valid Values:

Single

Recurring

All

Reference ID Range

Provide the reference ID range based on which the transaction records should be retrieved.

Get the list of transaction records pending for relationship manager approval

Clear

Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria (where results have not been displayed) or to reload the screen with the latest results for the criteria specified.

PENDING FOR APPROVAL

Check Box

Select the check boxes to select the transaction records for approval.

Reference ID

The Reference ID of the transaction record is displayed. Click the link to view the details of transaction.

User Id

The retail user id who has sent the record for approval.

Transaction Type

The transaction type of the transaction is displayed.

Frequency

The frequency of the transaction is displayed.

Approval Reason

The approval reason for the transaction is displayed.

Requested Date

The date on which the transaction was requested is displayed.

Transaction Date

The transaction date of the transaction is displayed.

Transaction Currency

The transaction currency of the transaction is displayed.

Transaction Amount

The amount of the transaction is displayed.

Provide the list page and click Go to get the corresponding list page.

Approve

Approve multiple transaction records. A confirmation page is displayed with the list of selected transactions for approval. The relationship manager needs to provide confirmation remarks in this page before confirming the approval.

Reject

Reject multiple transaction records. A confirmation page is displayed with the list of selected transactions for rejection. The relationship manager needs to provide confirmation remarks in this page before confirming the rejection.

Send for Repair

To send multiple transaction records for modification. A confirmation page is displayed with the list of selected transactions. The relationship manager needs to provide confirmation remarks in this page before sending them for modification.

Download Details As - ‘OK’

The list of mandate records available for approval can be downloaded into a file in the following file formats:
