Introduction |
The Relationship Manager can use this option to view and delete the mandates created by the retail user for initiating collection transactions. Apart from retrieving a list of mandate records based on search criteria, the Relationship Manager can view or delete multiple mandate records. The Relationship Manager can also download the list of records into a file in various formats like HTML, XML, TXT and so on. |

Choose the activity type from the list .The available options are:
This is used to select a different activity from the list, if the user wants to change the activity from the existing biller registration activity. Click OK to go to the corresponding biller registration activity. |
SEARCH CRITERIA |

User Id |
Using the LookUp button the user IDs can be retrieved. The relationship manager can select the user ID and provide as a search criteria. If no user ID is provided, then all the user IDs would be considered as a search criteria. |
Mandate Id |
Provide the mandate ID for the search. If no ID is provided, then all the mandate IDs would be considered for search. |
Mandate Reference |
Provide the mandate reference for the search. If no id is provided then all the mandate references would be considered for search. |
ADVANCED SEARCH CRITERIA |

Mandate Date Range (From - To) |
Provide the date range of the mandates as search criteria. Use the calendar widget to select the date. |
Mandate Amount Range (From - To) |
Provide the amount range of the mandates. |

User Id |
The retail user id who has sent the record for approval. |
Mandate Id |
The mandate id is displayed. Click the link to view the details of the mandate. |
Mandate Reference |
The mandate reference is displayed. |
Counter Party Name |
The name of the counter party corresponding to the mandate is displayed. |
Collected From Account |
The debit account used for collection is displayed |
Action |
The last action performed by the retail user on the mandate record is displayed |
Requested Date |
The date when the record was sent for relationship manager approval is displayed |

Provide the list page and click Go to get the corresponding list page. |
Delete |
Delete multiple mandate records. The mandates are deleted successfully and a message is shown to the user with the deleted mandate details as: Mandate deleted successfully. If an active mandate is not selected for deleting an error message needs to be thrown: Only Active Mandates can be deleted. Please select an Active mandate. If the user tries to delete a mandate that has been consumed for a collection purpose an error is thrown accordingly: This mandate has pending transactions against it and cannot be deleted now. |
