Pending Self Confirmation

Introduction

In case of the transaction where the URN/OTP is needed to confirm the transaction user has to provide the same to continue with the transaction. This process has to happen within the expiry time of the URN/OTP token, but not necessarily on the same log in session. In such cases, users have an option to navigate to the appropriate page and confirm the transactions.

Navigation

• Click Pending Self Confirmation in the Retail User screen.

• The Pending Self Confirmation screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Search Criteria

Bank ID

Displays the bank ID.

Transaction Date  From – To

Type the date range of the transaction to search for the transactions which await confirmation.

Reference ID

Type the reference ID of the transaction to search for the transaction.

Transaction Type

Select the transaction type from the drop-down list.

Confirmation List

Select

Click the option button to select the record for further action.

Bank ID

Displays the bank ID.

Reference ID

Displays the reference ID of the transaction.

Transaction Type

Displays the transaction type.

Action

Displays the action performed.

Requested Date

Displays the date on which the transaction was initiated.
