Shopping Mall Payment

Introduction

In case of Shopping mall payments, users will be navigated to Finacle e-Banking application from a third party shopping mall site. In such cases when users enter the log in credentials, they will be directly taken to the payment screen where they will have very minimal access privileges. Once they submit the transaction they will be taken back to the shopping mall site and they will be automatically logged out of the Finacle e-Baking application.

Navigation

  • Click Shopping Mall Payment under Transactions Management.

  • The Shopping Mall Payment  screen is displayed.

Transaction Date

Displays the date of the transaction.

Transaction Currency

Displays the transaction currency.

Entry Details

Account

Displays the account which will be debited for the shopping mall purchase.

Note:

If the external Shopping Mall URL passes on account ID to Finacle e-Banking, then the same will be validated. Finacle e-Banking application does a validation as to whether the account number provided by the URL is enabled for shopping mall payment or not. If the account is not enabled for shopping mall payments, user will not be allowed to log in to the e-banking application and the error message “You do not have access to the mentioned account number or it is Invalid. Please enter a valid account number” is displayed.

Unregistered Payee

Displays the name of the shopping mall payee.

Amount

Displays the transaction amount.

Remarks

Displays the remark captured in the shopping mall site.
