Edit Mandate

Introduction

This screen helps the user to view the view mandate edit. The user can only edit two of the fields, that are:

  • Minimum Amount per Collection

  • Mandate End Date

Navigation

  • The Edit Mandate screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

The activities possible for mandate management are:

  • Register a mandate

  • View Mandates

Click Continue to go to the corresponding screen based on the selected activity type.

Mandate Details

Counter Party Nickname

The nickname of the counter party is displayed.

Account Number

The account number of the counter party is displayed.

Account Currency

The currency of the counter party account is displayed.

Bank Name

The bank name of the counter party is displayed.

Bank Branch

The branch of the counter party is displayed.

Bank Country

The country of the counter party is displayed.

Mandate Reference

The mandate reference of the counter party is displayed

Collection Currency

The currency of the collection transaction is displayed.

Maximum Amount Per Collection

The maximum amount per collection transaction is displayed.

Minimum Amount Per Collection

The minimum amount per collection transaction is displayed. This is an editable field

Collection Frequency

The collection frequency is displayed

Collection Account

The account that receives the collection amount is displayed

Mandate Start Date

The start date of the mandate is displayed

Mandate End Date

The end date of the mandate is displayed. This field can be edited.

Submit the details entered for confirmation. This brings up the confirmation screen where the user needs to authorize the editing of the mandate based on the authorization mode linked to the user.
