What you can do |
The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform: |
Field |
Description |
Service Provider |
Displays the service provider name. Since registration form is specific to a particular service provider, name is displayed by default. |
Name |
Displays the name of the customer. This is displayed by default from the bank record. |
Nickname |
Specify the nickname of the customer, as the customer desires to be appeared in the profile. |
Account Details |

Debit Account |
From the drop-down list, select the customer account from which the debit has to happen. Note:

Credit Account |
From the drop-down list, select the customer account to which the credit has to happen. Note:

Contact Details |

Address Line 1 - 3 |
Specify the address details of the customer. First line amongst the three will be mandatory and rest will be optional. Note: If the first line is left blank, an error message “Please provide valid information for Address Line 1” is displayed. |
City |
Specify the residing city of the customer. Note: This is a mandatory field and if left blank, an error message “Please provide a valid residing city” is displayed. |
State / Province |
Specify the residing state/province of the customer. Note: This is a mandatory field and if left blank, an error message “Please provide a valid residing state/province" is displayed. |
Country |
Specify the residing country of the customer. Note: This is a mandatory field and if left blank, an error message “Please provide a valid residing country” is displayed. |
Postal Code |
Specify the postal code of the place where customer is residing. Note: This is a mandatory field and if left blank, an error message “Please provide a valid postal code” is displayed. |
Home Phone Number |
Specify the home phone number of the customer. Note: This is a mandatory field and if the customer fails to provide a valid home phone number, an error message “Please provide a valid phone number” is displayed. |
Mobile Number |
Specify the mobile number of the customer. This number would be used for sending alerts through SMS. This number is also be used for One Time Registration Number (ORN). Note: This is a mandatory field and if the customer fails to provide a valid mobile number, an error message “Please provide a valid mobile number” is displayed. |
E-mail ID |
Specify the e-mail ID of customer. This ID would be used for sending any information to the customer. Note: This is a mandatory field and if left blank, an error message “Please provide a valid email address” is displayed. |
User Preferences |

Make Payments |
Select the check box if the registered P2P ID has to be used for making payments. If this check box is not selected, then user can only receive funds using this P2P ID. |
Make Collection Requests |
Select the check box if the registered P2P ID has to be used for receiving collections. If this check box is selected, then user can receive funds using this P2P ID. |
Notification Methods |

Collection Request Arrives |
Select the check box to get notified when a collection request arrives. User can set an amount limit above which the collection requests have to be notified. Note: User can prefer to get the notification through a SMS or through a mail. |
Collection Request is Due |
Select the check box to get notified when a collection request is due. User can prefer to get notified on the due date itself or two days prior to the due date. User can even prefer to get notified 1 or 2 weeks prior to the due date. Note: User can prefer to get the notification through a SMS or through a mail. |
Terms and Conditions |

Acknowledgement |
Select the check box to agree all applicable terms and conditions to get registered for P2P profile. Click the hyperlink, a new page is displayed with all terms and conditions. Note: This is a mandatory field and if the customer does not select the check box for accepting the terms and conditions, an error message “Please read and accept the terms and conditions for registering for P2P Payments Service” is displayed. |

Note:
This being a non-financial transaction, limits will not be applicable.
Authorization Details section would also be displayed along with Approver Details section, if applicable.
If no approval is required, then request is submitted successfully to the host.
If bank user and/or corporate approvals are required for the request, the request will be sent for bank user/corporate approval. The customer will be provided with a request ID and the details of the request are updated.
If the registration request submitted is successful, a success message is displayed. Else the failure message with failure reason is displayed.
