View History

Introduction

This screen helps the user to view the history of transactions done based on the mandate ID selected.

Navigation

  • The View History screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Option

The activities possible for mandate management are:

  • Register new mandates

  • View Mandates

Click Ok to go to the corresponding screen based on the selected activity type.

TRANSACTION HISTORY DETAILS FOR MANDATE ID

Reference ID

The reference ID for the transaction. Click the hyperlink to view the details.

Entry ID

The entry ID for the mandate. Click the hyperlink to view the mandate details.

Initiator Details

The account number where the collection amount is credited is shown. Click on the account number to view the details of the account.

Network

The network used for used for executing the payment as per mandate is displayed.

Counterparty Details

The counter party (debtor) name is displayed.  Click on the counterparty ID to view the details of the counter party.

Payment Currency

The currency for the transaction.

Entry Amount

The amount collected from the paying party is displayed.

Transaction Date

The date on which the paying party’s account will be debited.

Status

The status of the collection transaction is displayed.
