View Transaction History

Introduction

This screen helps the user to view the mandate history.

Navigation

OR

  • Click View Transaction History in the Mandate Expiry Alert screen.

  • The View History screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Mandate Details

Counter Party Nickname

The counter party nick name is displayed.

Account Number

The account number of the counter party is displayed.

Account Currency

The currency of the account is displayed.

Bank Name

The bank name of the counter party is displayed.

Bank Branch

The branch name of the counter party is displayed.

Bank Country

The counter party bank country is displayed.

Mandate Reference

The mandate reference is displayed.

Collection Currency

The currency of the collection is displayed.

Collection Frequency

The collection frequency is displayed

Collection Account

The account where the collection amount is credited to is displayed

Maximum amount per collection

The maximum amount applicable per collection is displayed

Minimum amount per collection

The minimum amount application per collection is displayed

Mandate Start Date

The mandate start date is displayed

Mandate End Date

The end date of the mandate is displayed

Transaction History Details (The transactions made using this mandate is displayed)

Txn. Entry ID

The entry id of the collection transaction using the mandate is displayed.

Initiator Details

The account number where the collection amount is credited is shown. Click on the account number to view the details of the account.

Network

The network used for e-Collection transaction is displayed.

Counterparty Details

The counter party (debtor) name is displayed. Click on the counter party ID to view the details of the counter party.

Entry Amount

The amount collected from the paying party is displayed.

Transaction Date

The date on which the paying party’s account will be debited.

Debit Date

The date on which the collection will be done.

Status

The status of the collection transaction is displayed.

The transaction history details shown in the screen can be downloaded in the following formats.

Click OK to download the details.
