View Incoming Collection Requests

Introduction

This screen allows the user to register with Peer to Peer service provider for getting a Profile.

This screen allows the customer to view various collection requests sent to any Peer to Peer ID of the customer by any other person. The customer can either accept or decline a collection request made to them and initiated by other person.

In case, the bank has tie-up with only one Service provider, the default listing shows all the collection requests made to the Peer to Peer IDs registered with that service provider. In case the bank has tie-up with multiple Service providers, the default listing will be blank and will be populated depending on the service provider chosen and other search criteria.

If the customer accepts a collection request and no further approvals are required, then the corresponding acceptance details will be sent to the host directly for further processing. If any further approvals are required, then the collection request is sent for further approvals, as per the workflow.

Customer cannot edit any details which are part of the collection request received. They can only preview the details and can either accept or decline the request, if the customer has sufficient privileges, before being sent to the host for further processing.
