Modify Exchange Rate

Introduction

This screen helps the  user to view the exchange rate list and modify.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click View/Update in the Exchange Rate List screen.

• The Modify Exchange Rate screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Note:

All fields below except Fixed Currency Units and Variable Currency Units are non-editable.

Bank Id

The ID of the bank for whom exchange rates are being maintained.

Rate Code

The rate code used to maintain the exchange rate.

Fixed Currency Code

The code of the fixed currency. The application converts amounts from the currency specified in this field.

Variable Currency Code

The code of the variable currency. The application converts amounts to the currency specified in this field.

Fixed Currency Units

The fixed currency units can be specified.  This is an editable field.

Variable Currency Units

The variable currency units can be specified.  This is an editable field.

Rate Mode

The valid rate mode for the transaction type.

Valid Upto

The date and time upto which the rate is applicable.

History

Created By

The ID of the user who created the record.

Created On

The date and time on which the record was created.

Modified By

The ID of the user who last modified the record.

Modified On

The date and time on which the record was last modified.
