What you can do |
The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform: |

Folder List |

Sent Items |
Click the sent Items folder to view the sent messages. |
List of Messages |

Type |
Displays the icon of the type of the message namely, mail, alert and broadcast message. |
Subject |
Displays the subject line of the message, except for the broadcast message. In case of broadcast messages, the message content itself will be displayed. Note: If the length of the broadcast message is more than 20 characters then the remaining characters will be truncated. |
Recipient Name |
Displays the name of the recipient of the message. Note: In case of alert messages, this field will be blank. |
Flag |
Displays whether the message is flagged or not. If the message is flagged then red flag Note: All flagged messages will get listed in “Flagged Messages” folder. |
Date |
Displays the date on which the message was sent. |

Message Type Indicator |
Displays the icon for the message depending on type of the message selected. |
Subject |
Displays the subject line of the message. For broadcast messages this field will not be displayed. |
To |
Displays the user ID of the recipient of the message. For alert messages this field will not be displayed. |
Date / Time |
Displays the date and time of sending the message. |
Attachments |
Displays the name of the attached file, if any. On clicking the link the attached file gets opened. Note: This is applicable only for the message category ‘Mails’. |
Alert Category |
Displays the alert category. This is applicable only for the message type ‘Alert’ |
Message Content |
Displays the content of the message. |
Click |
To |
Flag it / Un-flag it |
Flag or un-flag the message. Note: All flagged messages will get listed in “Flagged Messages” folder. |
Reply |
Reply to the recipient. |
Forward |
Forward the message. |
Delete |
Delete the selected message. |
Move To |
Move the message to the selected folder. |
Print |
Print the message. |
Download |
Download and save the message in the desired format. |
