Search Messages

Introduction

Using this option End Users can search the messages existing in the selected folder.

Navigation

• Click Search Messages in the Message Centre  screen.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Subject

Enter the subject line to search the messages based on the subject of the message.

Attachment

Enter the name of the attachment of the message to search the messages based on the attachment name.

From Date

Enter the date range to search the messages from the given date.

To Date

Enter the date range to search the messages till the given date.

Note:

Date given in this field must be greater than or equal to the ‘From Date’. Else the error message “To Date should be greater than or equal to From Date” is displayed.
