Change Passwords

Introduction

e-Banking allows you to change the Internet login password and also the transaction password. The password is valid for a set period. The bank can decide on the number of days a password is valid. User is intimated every time he logs in to the application, the exact number of days for which the current password is valid. User is forced to change the password before it expires. User can change the password even otherwise.

Note:

The password must not contain the user name as part of it. This is an added security measure.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Access the Personal Profile screen.

• Select Change Passwords as the activity type.

• Click OK.

• The Change Password screen is displayed.
