Update

Introduction

This screen allows the retail user to update the channel user ID for the channel ID selected in the previous screen. Retail user has to modify the channel user ID (by default, it would be master user ID ) and submit. Henceforth, user has to login with the updated user ID.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click the Update button in Update Channel Login ID screen.

• The Update Channel Login ID  screen is displayed.

User Channel Linkage Details

Master User ID

The retail user’s master user ID that was created by the bank administrator during retail user creation.

Channel

The name of the channel.

Channel User ID

The new channel user ID. By default, master user ID is displayed.
