Update Channel Login ID

Introduction

Retail user can update their login ID for each channel. By default, the master user ID is attached to each of the channel. Master user ID is the one created by the bank administrator during the retail user creation. If retail user wants to have a specific user ID for each channel, that is, one user ID for internet banking application, one user ID for SMS banking so on, the user can update the user ID with their preferred ID. After updating the preferred ID, then retail user has to login or transact using the new user ID.

This screen displays the list of channel ID against the channel user ID along with the master user ID for the retail user. Retail user has to select the appropriate option in the list and click on Update button to update the channel user ID.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Select the option Update Channel Login ID from the drop-down in Personal Profile screen.

  • Click the OK button.

  • The User Channel Login ID Details screen is displayed.

User Channel Linkage List

Select

Select the corresponding record.

Channel

The name of the channel.

Channel User ID

The channel user ID for the corresponding channel ID.

If the records are more than a page, specify the page number to navigate directly to the corresponding page number.

Update

Update the selected record.

Select the record/records.

Download Details As

Download the above details. Select the format and click the OK button to download.
