Set Favorite Accounts

Introduction

Under this option retail user can mark accounts as favorite accounts.  Favorites can be marled for 'N' number of Accounts where  N is the maximum number of values allowed in the account dropdown.

If the retail user does not set any accounts as favorites, then his first N accounts will be shown.

If user has  configured favorites for less than N  (N=15, Accounts =15,and user has configured favorites for 6 out of 15, then in the drop down for accounts the first 6 will be his favorite accounts.

If user has configured favorites  for N accounts (N=15, Accounts=30), then there will be only lookup available and the first 15 Accounts in the lookup will be favorites.

The List screens in the application will always have favorites accounts shown first and then user can click on next to view other accounts. This will depend on the number of accounts set as favorites and number of records being shown in the list screen.

The number of accounts that can be set as favorites will be an application level configurable number.

The Favorite accounts will be applicable only for users Own accounts.

Navigation

• Select Set Favorite Accounts in the Personal Profile screen.

• The Set Favorite Accounts screen is displayed.

Note:

This list will display the accounts selected as favorite by the user.  User can make it a non favorite by moving it to the non-favorite list

Option Button

Click the appropriate value to select the required record.

Account Number

The account number of the user.

Nickname

The nickname of the account if any.

Non - favorite Accounts

Note:

This list will display the accounts not selected as favorite by the user.  User can make it a favorite by moving it to the favorite list.
