Delete Template

Introduction

This option allows you to delete an existing template.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Select Delete Template from the Template Action drop-down list in View Incomplete Transactions screen.

• The Delete Template screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Template Name

Displays the template Name.

Mark as Default

Displays whether the selected template is a default template or not.

Note:

If the default template is being deleted, an error message “The selected template is default template for the inquiry screen. Are you sure you want to delete the template?” is displayed.
