Save Template

Introduction

This option allows you to save a new template.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Select Save Template from the Template Action drop-down list in View Incomplete Transactions screen.

  • The Save Template screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

 

Field

Query Criteria

Template Name

Specify the name of the template to be saved.

Note:

  • Template name cannot have special characters

  • If already a template exists with the specified name an error message “Template name you have entered already exists, please enter a new name” is displayed.

Mark as Default

Select the check box, if this new template has to be selected as the default template for searching.

Note:

If already there is a default search template for the selected inquiry screen, system will display an error message “Default Search Criteria Template for this inquiry screen already exists. Do you still want to mark this template as default template? Continue/ Cancel”. If the user clicks Continue then the new template will replace the old value and be the default template.

Confirm the details of the new template.

Note:

If user has saved maximum number of search criteria template allowed, then the error message “You have reached the limit for maximum number of search criteria templates for this inquiry screen. To save a new Template, please delete an existing template and continue” is displayed.
